Will Molotov's Editor work with GOG install in WIN10?

I have mine installed in a folder inside the main game folder.
You have to point to the path where the ARMY and HERO folders are stored.
You can have several different installs, for example I have one original install then the graphically changed install.

From time to time it will not update if you change the graphics, but just delete the cache.bin and it will reform reflecting your changes.
